The opportunity
Our events team plans and delivers community gatherings, sports celebrations and functions with energy and attention to detail.
What you will do
- Prepare schedules, materials and event equipment
- Assist with volunteers and activity coordination
- Welcome attendees and provide information
- Support setup and pack-down
- Report changes and issues to the supervisor
What we are looking for
You enjoy working with people and can keep track of competing tasks. When plans change, you stay calm, communicate clearly and help the team respond. School events, volunteering and leadership experiences are relevant.
