The opportunity
From outdoor structures to extensions and renovations, our team brings practical expertise and care to every project across Adelaide.
What you will do
- Help prepare and organise materials and equipment
- Assist with measurements and basic calculations
- Keep work areas clean and organised
- Support supervised workshop and site activities
- Communicate clearly with qualified tradespeople
What we are looking for
You enjoy hands-on work and learning how things fit together. You can follow instructions, ask questions when unsure and work accurately even when plans change. Experience with school or home practical projects is welcome; previous paid work is not required.

Every new employee completes a safety induction. Junior staff are paired with an experienced tradesperson for individual guidance and feedback. We currently support four apprentices completing trade qualifications.
