We publish community stories, features and local guides that make our city feel closer and more connected.
What you will do
- Research community stories and events
- Draft articles and short social captions
- Proofread content before publication
- Prepare interview questions and organise notes
- Pitch ideas to the editorial team
What we are looking for
You are curious, enjoy writing and know that the first draft is rarely the final draft. You can adapt your tone for different readers, check information carefully and respond positively to editorial feedback. School writing samples are welcome.
What to include
Please prepare a cover letter outlining your interest and suitability, a current résumé, and a small selection of relevant supporting evidence.
Helpful supporting material: An article, review, blog post or other polished piece of writing.
